As there is currently an increased number of users at the USL, we recommend that you reserve a place via our booking systems. That way you can be sure to get a place to study.
In 5 steps to your workspace
- Find the right workspace at your location
- Log in to the booking system with your user number (number of the library card of the USL Bonn) and your bonnus password.
- Click on location and start time in the booking plan.
- Enter your surname in the "Benutzname" field and specify the duration of the booking.
- Finally, click on "Speichern".
Important notes and rules
- 1 reservation per day and user number is allowed per area for a maximum of 8 hours.
- Reservations can be made at the earliest 7 calendar days before the scheduled date.
- Please reserve your workspace only for the time you are actually on site to study. If you do not use the reserved space on time, it can be taken by another user after 30 minutes.
- You are not allowed to block a workspace by leaving items on it. Blocked spaces can be removed by the library staff.
- If you have taken a seat without a reservation, please leave it as soon as a person with a reservation asks you to do so.
- If you are unable to fulfill a reservation, please cancel it in the reservation system or send us an email to let us know:
How to cancel your workplace
In order not to block workplaces unnecessarily and to release them for other users, you can cancel your workstation:
- Click on "Login" in the booking system and log in.
- Use the booking plan to find the booking you want to cancel.
- Finally, click on "Eintrag löschen".
